The Format:
Match Play Series™️ is an exciting format where participants are matched up against opponents through a drawing process.

Self arrangement:

We allow flexibility in scheduling matches with direct arrangements between the players. 

Date and time will be arranged exclusively by the players, whenever they wish (within a pre-determined time frame period for each round!)

Friendly & Competitive Setting:

You will have the opportunity to compete against other golfers in a friendly, but at the same time,  competitive setting. The Open Category +3 up to 42 handicap Index (with a restricted PHC of 28) allows for a fair and inclusive tournament experience, where players of all skill levels can test their abilities and have a chance to be crowned the Seasonal Winner.

The Challenge:
By hosting 4 different tournaments throughout  the year, our Match Play Series™️ Tournaments provide players with the opportunity to adapt to changing weather and golf course conditions and test their abilities in diverse settings!

Notes:

• We Include at least one Weekend day in all Rounds (especially for members who may have to travel long distances to participate or for those who work during the week!)

• Special arrangements outside the above time frames are welcomed (upon request!)

•  If a Match is Tied after the final hole, the match is extended one hole at a time until there is a winner (Sudden Death)

 📚 Ruling during the Match: 

The players may protect their rights by asking for a ruling (even if a referee is not available at that time)!

• A non show player or incapacity of both players to arrange their match within the Round’s specific timeframe dates (+an extra extension if requested), or failure to fill out properly the official scorecard will result in D.Q. of one or both players respectively!

• Initial Matches set up will be according to “Seeded” Brackets based on player’s handicap Index (Low > Hi)

• Prior to every match tournament committee is responsible to set up the match, to arrange all the required details and provide an official scorecard to the players (based on AM Golf system).

• If the initial players number is NOT 8,16,32…then the first round will have byes (only the first round).

• One or both players are responsible for promptly informing the organising committee of their match result to ensure that the next match can be properly and timely prepared!

👉 The competitions will follow the regulations set by R&A respecting the local rules.
